Nearly 80% of suicide deaths are men, but only about a third of people who reach out for mental health help are. Men carry it alone, and too many don't make it. The Anchored Project is a community for men. The kind of place where men actually connect and check on each other before things break. We exist to reduce men's suicide through real connection, one man at a time.
